Verité is proud to announce that Tu Rinsche has joined the Verité board of directors. Tu comes to us having spent over 15 years as a sustainability leader who has effected change from all sides of the table, representing government, business, and civil society, as well as donors. Her most recent experience includes work in the areas of corporate human rights due diligence, forced labor and modern slavery, worker rights, responsible sourcing, global program development, and brand and stakeholder engagement.
Tu recently founded All Rights Advisors, a new global, human-centered, rights-based agency committed to catalyzing action around environmental and social sustainability. She previously worked in the corporate world, leading global human rights and sustainability programs for iconic international brands. Her career in the public sector began at U.S. Peace Corps in Mauritania, followed by the U.S. Department of State where she served as the lead expert on forced labor, child labor, and cocoa supply chain issues in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. Her civil society and donor experience includes senior positions at Transparentem and Minderoo Foundation-Walk Free. She is also the recipient of Nomi Network’s 2019 Corporate Social Responsibility Award.
We welcome Tu to the Verité board and know that the breadth and depth of her experience will help support and advance our mission of eliminating labor and human rights abuses from supply chains.
