Verité seeks a Senior Program Director to play a leadership role in the organization’s enterprise human rights due diligence (HRDD) consulting practice. This is a senior position, suitable for someone
with expertise and networks in the field of business and human rights, and deep knowledge of corporate
practices, management systems, and accountability frameworks. This hire will contribute to guiding the
organization’s overall strategy related to HRDD, and is expected to generate, oversee, and implement
projects focused on HRDD and social impact for corporate clients across a range of industries and geographies, with an emphasis on manufacturing and other formal employment sectors. The role will also provide strategic and technical guidance on HRDD for Verité’s other practice areas, including HRDD related consulting and capacity-building for governments, civil society, and worker organizations.

Verité is seeking a Côte d’Ivoire-based Gender Specialist for the Protecting Migrant Workers
in the West African Agricultural Sector project to oversee the integration of gender responsiveness
into the project’s rationale, design, methodology, and implementation of project activities.
