| Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Lydia oversees the development and quality of Verité's Training, Education and Consulting Programs worldwide. She has mobilized the expansion of training programs for all levels of the supply chain, including: worker education and empowerment; management techniques, systems and solutions; auditor skills; and strategic planning and program implementation at the corporate level. Lydia facilitated the development of such core tools and training as Verité's Social Compliance Management Systems model, Supplier Tool Kit, Systems Development and Analysis and Problem Solving modules, Program Assessment and Systems Diagnostic. |
