Director of Supplier Programs
As a senior level program, department, and client manager, Robin Jaffin provides strategic and program level consulting support to brands, suppliers, and other stakeholders on CSR – with a focus on supply chain monitoring and supplier development. Robin has extensive experience in developing sustainable and socially responsible supply chains as well as managing the delivery of all of Verité's global auditing, special investigations, and remediation services. She has contributed to the design, development, and implementation of many of Verité's long-term global engagements including managing our role as a monitor of the Saipan garment industry settlement, our monitoring and consulting partnership with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers for the Fair Food Program, our work bringing labor protections to farm workers globally through our program with Philip Morris International, and our support for eradicating child labor in the Cocoa Sector in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire with the World Cocoa Foundation. Robin facilitates inter-stakeholder relationships to ensure the organization’s mission is met through broad-based relationships and the impact of our work continues to expand. Robin has been developing and managing Verité’s auditing and remediation activities since 1998. She has a BA from Hampshire College.
