| Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Debra is responsible for the administration of Verité’s grant funded initiatives. These projects, funded through numerous government or private foundation sources, cover a broad range of labor and corporate social responsibility topics. Debra coordinates the grant-seeking process from project conception to contracting and throughout project implementation. She develops and manages the expenditure of funds and reports to funders on the progress of multi-year research-, training- and supplier-related initiatives. She brings extensive knowledge of both grant-seeking and project management. |

| Background Debra has worked as Verité’s Grant Manager since 2003. Prior to that Debra held senior management positions at several other private non-profit organizations. She has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts. |
