The link between commodities and some of the worst forms of labor exploitation in the global economy is coming under increasing scrutiny from stakeholders around the world. Several global campaigns seek to raise public awareness about goods produced under forced labor conditions and modern forms of slavery. Our commodity reports contribute to those efforts.

We also launched a website to help direct the many stakeholder groups with the questions needed to ask and steps needed to take in order to eradicate forced labor and slavery in supply chains around the world.

This initiative developed standards for the knowledge and skills of social auditors. These benchmarks assist training organizations to identify what social auditors should know at the foundational level.

We conduct specialized research for manufacturers, investors (both public and private, focusing on the social investment community), NGOs in the US and abroad, and trade unions on topics related to labor conditions and worker rights.

State of the Working World

Coming soon! This annual report will be a culmination of extensive research about labor rights and its progress around the world. It will serve all audiences who have an interest in how our products are made and what can and should be done to improve those conditions.
