Performance Improvement Program

Verité offers a series of assessment and training programs for individual and groups of suppliers that build the systems, strategies, knowledge and skills needed to meet the standards of their clients' social and environmental compliance programs.

Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

The Supplier Performance Improvement Program is a flexible and cost-effective assessment, consultation and capability building engagement based on a continuous improvement model. The customized nine- to twelve-month programs are designed to develop understanding of standards and effective management systems and build the analysis and problem solving skills to close compliance gaps and strengthen factory functions to maintain improvements over time.

Supplier Program Assurance Assessments (PAA)

Verité helps companies build accountability among critical supply chain partners by evaluating the compliance programs of Tier 1 and other key business partners. The robustness and dependability of the suppliers’ social compliance programs are assessed for their ability to ensure and demonstrate adherence to the brand Code of Conduct in their manufacturing facilities and in their sourcing practices. Areas evaluated include: coverage of Code standards, coverage of the supply chain, monitoring methodology and measurement of performance and impact. Learn more.
